With over 20 years of hands-on creative and executive management experience I decided to take a leap of faith into the unknown. To explore life from a new perspective as a free agent. A free thinker. Open to new ideas and new possibilities.
Over my career I’ve had the opportunity to lead a diverse group of creatives, interaction designers, content specialists and creative technologists into new conversations with consumers. From these disciplines, I've curated and choreographed teams that collaborate on everything from major integrated campaigns to mobile apps, from brand videos to branded content and shopper marketing to social campaigns. Each effort designed to strengthen and personalize the customer journey. During my career, my skills have evolved from ad guy to storyteller to conversationalist.
In addition to building many brands and helping to build a few agencies, I’ve garnered a respectable amount of national and international acclaim, including London Festivals, New York Festivals, Communication Arts, The One Show, Archive Magazine, Graphis, a closet full of regional and national ADDYs, Content Marketing Awards and those dime a dozen Tellys.
I also strongly believe that humanity should not only be a priority in the work, but in the agency as well.

Brought in to accelerate growth for the agency and clients, White was able to excel at both. His leadership resulted in exceptional work and exceptional results. For Alabama Tourism, an increase in tourism impact in the state rose from $4 billion to over $11 billion. For Regions Bank, he led the development of one of the strongest brand identities in the industry reaching #1 in brand preference and over $20 billion in deposits. For Little Debbie Snack Cakes, sales of McKee foods have risen from $700 million to over $1.4 billion. He led the reinvention of Asheville, North Carolina, helping the destination evolve from a quirky mountain town to a major culinary destination known as “Foodtopia". He was part of the team that engineered a global GSK launch of a new HIV drug with video introductions in 13 languages. His vision for The Year of Alabama Barbecue led to a full length documentary, a socially driven BBQ war, a traveling photo exhibit of legendary Alabama Pit Masters and an integrated digital and traditional campaign that resulted in a coveted Mercury award.
While at Luckie, Brad has helped guide the transition from traditional ad agency to a data-driven creative shop. He was also the catalyst for the development of The Luckie Underground, Luckie’s broadcast and video production practice. Always looking for the next big opportunity, Brad found it early on the Nortel Networks account. Nortel (Canada’s AT&T) wanted to make a big splash as an innovative internet leader in the U.S. and around the world. The campaign that followed “What do you want the internet to be?” not only helped raise the profile of Nortel across the globe, but raised the account from $10 million to over $110 million. The innovative use of the Beatles’ “Come Together” helped Nortel make waves in the industry. His work as a creative leader on American Airlines included a major integrated campaign for “More Room In Coach” and helped position American as the leader in business travel. But it was his work for American after 9/11 that touched an emotional cord and helped remind people that flying wasn’t just about getting from point A to point B; it was about connecting families and friends. In addition Brad led the relaunch of Bell Helicopter and made multiple small cities into financial centers in work for NationsBank.
